When the user has not checked the 'End question after an incorrect response'
setting but has checked the 'Mark question as missed after an incorrect
response' setting, Zyzzyva acts unintuitively when the user gets all the
correct responses but also types an incorrect one. It marks all responses as
missed even though none of them were missed.

Instead, it would be nice if there were some way to mark the question itself as
missed without marking all the responses as missed. I'm not sure of the best
way to do this. Maybe keep track of missed questions as well as missed
responses on the Analyze Quiz dialog?
